Family Cycle at Bike Fest

Family Cycle

We’re expecting a huge turnout at our ever-popular Family Cycle – a leisurely spin around Navan for all ages and abilities.

The Family Cycle will depart from Coláiste na Mí at 10:30am arrive back around 11:15 / 11:30am.

The cycle is open to everyone with a bike. For the safety and health of everyone involved, we have some rules:

All participants must wear a helmet,
All participants must be at least 6 years of age and must be able to cycle independently – no balance bikes, no stabilisers, no scooters
All bikes must be roadworthy. If in doubt, chat with a Marshal before the event
Younger children may participate as passengers on parent/guardian’s bikes
Each participant must carry a mask. A mask must be worn if close to a person outside their own ‘bubble’ – e.g. in the event of a puncture. Current Covid-19 restrictions apply – maximum 200 participants & 2m social distancing rules
