Join us for a female-only cycle beside the River Boyne as part of Her Outdoors Week 2023

As part of Sport Ireland Her Outdoors Week 2023, Navan Cycling Initiative are organising a female-only cycle beside the River Boyne on Wednesday 16 August.

This event is for reasonably confident and competent female cyclists. If you have not been on the bike for a while you will be very welcome. We will cycle at a leisurely pace that is conducive to chat and we will be stopping mid-way for coffee/ice cream.

The outbound route is on the Boyne Road. There will not be stewarding/marshalling at junctions. The return route to Navan is by the River Boyne Canal tow-path, which is soon to be the Boyne Greenway.

This event is organised by Navan Cycling Initiative as part of Her Outdoors Week, which takes place from the 14th to 20th August to encourage more females to explore the outdoors.
