The intention of this post is to provide a quick summary of the last decade of Cycling policy – so that you won’t have to read the policy (56 pages) nor the review that was conducted in 2019 (89 pages).

In The Before Times, in Dublin City-centre, you couldn’t fail to notice the difference in air quality, especially on hot, dry days with no wind. Although, Dublin is actually pretty good when compared with some of our European neighbours.
The Athlumney to Trim Road Cycle and Pedestrian Scheme is composed of two sections of the Navan Cycle Network, the Na7 and the Na3. The scheme will provide a safer cycling and walking environment in Navan, and will provide important links to schools, communities, businesses and amenities in the area.

It can be difficult to think positively with all of the challenges we’re going through. But if we can find one small positive aspect from 2020, it’s the opportunity that many of us have had over the summer to spend time outside walking and cycling.
